LOTS of grain!! It should come in around 11% ABV. Be careful out there.

Mash/Lauder tun and kettle updates
Braggot 2019 batch #1 coming along
Closed up the fermenter and letting it build pressure.
HLT Upgrade
Cleaning Day
Disassembled and cleaned the plumbing on the HLT, Mash/Lauder Tun, and the boil kettle. They needed it badly.
Baltic Porter and braggot brew day
Nov 2 – The Baltic Porter was brewed and from the gyle runnings Larry made a braggot (first of 2 this season.)
